Shipping

We deliver via delivery vehicle to one of two locations:

  1. A PARGO pick up point near the address you provide at checkout.
  2. Your home (the address you provide at checkout).

Both options are safe, guaranteed, and covered for refunds should something go wrong in transit.

The PARGO pick up point will be confirmed via email POST PURCHASE.

Returns & Refunds

In the event of:

  1. Defective product
  2. Incomplete delivery

A full refund will be issued UPON REQUEST.

An image of a defective product will be requested PRIOR to the issue of a refund.

A defective product means:

  1. Damage, to either the product or product packaging
  2. Product that has spoiled/gone past its best-before date

Of course, we do our best to ensure refunds are never needed! This procedure is in place purely for your peace of mind and in the event of a rare accident.

Thus far, we have never received a request for a refund.
